Ordering

Do I have to set up an account to place my order?
You are not required to set up an account as you can also place an order using our Guest option.

Is there a minimum order value?
We do not have a minimum order value, if you require a part we are happy to supply it however small your order might be.

Can I place my order by telephone?
We are unable to take telephone orders at this time.
If you have difficulty identifying or finding the part you require, please use the parts enquiry request form and we will get back to you as quickly as possible with the solution.

Do you hold stock of all items shown on your website?
We endeavour to hold stock of all parts shown in our E-SHOP. A stock item is indicated by the green radio button next to the image of the part.

What happens if the part I want to order is not in stock?
We are unable to process orders via our e-shop for parts that are not in stock, however if you contact us by using the parts enquiry request form, or contact us by email at enquiry.parts@cda.eu we will be able to confirm when your part will be available to order.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has been received and is being processed?
As soon as you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation that provides details of the parts ordered, their cost including VAT and the requested delivery destination.

What if I have a query with my order?
If you have a question about your e-shop parts order please contact us by email, quoting your order number at enquiry.parts@cda.eu.

Pricing

Does the price include VAT?
All prices for parts and delivery shown in our e-shop include VAT.

Are there any additional charges?
The only additional charge is for our standard delivery service which is £6.90. Please note that this may increase for large or bulky items such as fridge doors or washing machine drums. This will be shown on your order confirmation
We recommend that you contact us via email enquiry.parts@cda.eu for confirmation of your delivery cost if you think your product may be classed as large or bulky.
Deliveries made outside of the UK, for example the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland will incur a higher delivery charge and may also may be liable for an additional customs charge. Again we recommend that you contact us via email enquiry.parts@cda.eu if you wish to clarify this.

Payment

When will payment for my order be taken?
Payment is taken at the point of ordering and the charge will appear on your bank or card statement as “CDA Parts”.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment via Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or American Express cards, and Google Pay and Apple Pay. We apologise that we are currently unable to accept payment via PayPal.

Will I receive confirmation that my payment has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment has been approved by your bank.

What if there is a problem with my order after I have paid?
We will contact you immediately if we are aware of any problem with your order and ask how you would like to proceed.

Deliveries

Are the parts shipped from the UK?
All parts are shipped direct from our warehouse in Nottinghamshire.

How long will it take for my part to arrive?
Orders are usually despatched the next working day after we receive them. This means that you will receive your part within 3 to 5 working days from the day it was despatched.

How much does delivery cost?

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Orders must be signed for as this is your proof of delivery.

Who will deliver my order?
Your Order will be delivered by our chosen courier DPD, you will receive a text message with a parcel tracking number so that you can track your delivery on the DPD website: DPD (UK) – Follow My Parcel, or on your mobile phone using the DPD app.

Do you offer a next day delivery service?
We do not offer a next day delivery service.

Can I collect my order?
We do not have the facility to enable you to collect your order.

Fitting of Parts

Can I fit the part myself?
Parts sold through our website are on a supply only basis and should be fitted by a competent/qualified person and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Can I arrange for CDA to fit the part for me?
Yes of course – contact CDA’s Aftercare team by using the contact form on our Customer Care page team and they will be able to arrange this for you.

Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order immediately and for up to 14 days from the day the final delivery of goods was made to you or the person nominated by you to take delivery.
To cancel your order on the day the order was placed before it has been despatched, please make use of the Parts Cancellation/Return Form. Please ensure you provide your order number.
If the order has not been despatched, we may be able to cancel the order prior to collection by the courier. We will cancel the order and issue a refund in full, including carriage charges.

Return or Refund

What happens if I order the wrong part and I need to exchange it for the correct part or I no longer need it?
Please contact us immediately by completing the Parts Cancellation/Return Form. You have 14 days in which to cancel an order no longer required, and 30 days to return the goods.
Provided that you return the parts in accordance with these Terms & Conditions CDA will refund the purchase price, or exchange or replace the part. Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
We are unable to refund and delivery costs where the customer has ordered the incorrect part.

What happens if I have been sent the wrong part is sent by mistake?
Please contact us immediately by completing the Parts Cancellation/Return Form. You have 30 days during which to return the goods.
Provided that you return the parts in accordance with these Terms & Conditions CDA will refund the purchase price, or exchange or replace the part. Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
CDA will refund delivery and return charges where the parts are being returned because they differ from these ordered by you. Refunds for return postage will only be made once fault or damage has been verified and will be made by BACS payment.
Return postage charges must be supported by a receipt, be reasonable and be approved by CDA.

What happens if the part I receive is damaged or faulty?
Please contact us immediately by completing the Parts Cancellation/Return Form. Damaged parts should be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
You have 14 days in which to cancel an order no longer required, and 30 days during which to return the goods.
Provided that you return the parts in accordance with these Terms & Conditions CDA will refund the purchase price, or exchange or replace the part. Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
CDA will refund delivery and return charges where the parts are being returned because they are faulty, damaged or differ from these ordered by you. Refunds for return postage will only be made once fault or damage has been verified and will be made by BACS payment.
Return postage charges must be supported by a receipt, be reasonable and be approved by CDA.

How long will it take for me to get my refund?
Refunds are made using the same form of payment used to make the initial purchase. Once the refund is completed, we will inform you by email. Depending on the bank and payment method, you should normally see the refund in your account within 14 working days.
