Repairs to essential appliances prioritised
Under the current circumstances we are operating a more limited service. Our advisor team are working from secure remote locations and it may take longer to answer phone calls, respond to emails and take payments.
To safeguard the health of our employees and our customers, we are currently able to carry out repairs to essential appliances only: food refrigeration, cooking, dishwashers and laundry products. Repairs relating to any other appliances will be addressed as and when the COVID-19 situation permits.
Special measures will be taken to carry out repairs in student accommodation.
Serial number and proof of purchase
To allow us to expedite your repair please provide the appliance serial number and proof of purchase when registering your appliance or calling to arrange a repair.
